SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for supporting my work! Each piece is made to order with care and attention to detail.
PROCESSING TIME
All items are created after your order is placed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your order ships.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via standard shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
ORDER UPDATES
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number when your order has shipped.
DELAYS
Because each item is handmade, occasional delays may occur. If there are any significant changes to your order timeline, you will be notified as soon as possible.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help resolve the issue.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We take pride in the quality of each handmade piece. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to help!
We do not accept returns including the following: original paintings, prints, & custom paintings. As well as all other painted objects.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
We understand that certain issues may arise in the shipment of the painting or print. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged from shipping, please keep the package and contact us immediately at natalieanyamgt@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
START A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at natalieanyamgt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent to the original email on the order. Some situations may only qualify for partial refunds, such as items with signs of use, missing tags, or damaged packaging.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, please contact us at natalieanyamgt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. All cancellations may be accepted if the shipping process has yet to begin.
